Resumen: La historia de la conversión de Pablo de persecutor a apóstol. Todos somos llamados a arrepentirnos y servir a Dios.

flashlightMiren esta linterna. ¿Cuando la necesitarían? [Cuando esta oscuro.) ¿Me ayudaría a ver en la oscuridad?[si.) Hoy quiero contarles acerca del día que una luz muy brillante alumbraba desde el cielo a un hombre llamado Saúl. Lo conocemos hoy como el apóstol Pablo.

Saúl solía buscar a los cristianos y meterlos en prisión. Era muy bueno en lo que hacía y era atrapar los planes de Dios para la gente que escuchaba la buena noticia de Jesús. Saúl era muy listo y sabía la ley judía pero era un ignorante acerca de lo que era Jesús. La oscuridad espiritual de Saúl lo hacía un enemigo de Cristo. Así que el Señor Jesús decidió ganarle, encendiendo una luz en su entendimiento, así Saúl usaría su energía para ayudar a Dios. Jesús no veía a Saúl como lo que era (un persecutor de los cristianos), sino por lo que podía ser (un misionario para ganar otros hacia Cristo).

¡La linterna de Dios del cielo era tan brillante que incluso en la mitad del día encegueció a Saúl por tres días! Saúl entendió que había estado peleando contra Dios. Se arrepintió y fue bautizado. Saúl el pecador se convitió en el apostol Pablo. Comenzó a hacer por otros los que Jesús había hecho por él: traerlo de la oscuridad a la luz. ¡Pablo obedeció la llamada de Dios a servirlo y se convirtió en el más grande misionario del mundo!

Dios todavía está alumbrando con su luz desde el cielo. Los está llamando a arrepentirse y a tener fe en Jesús.
